First Place winner for chocolate wedding cake at the
Twin Cities Chocolate Extravaganza, held November 13 & 14, 2004

Chocolate and white fondant covered cake, roses and
other flowers made of the same medium that covers the cake. The
Bride's wedding cake and the groom's cake together as one!

About 300 royal icing five petal flowers adorn this
lattice gazebo (lattice work done in royal icing as well). Cake
featured in American Cake Decorating magazine Jan/Feb 2003.

Several pink gum paste roses and tiny purple flowers
are the centerpiece for this fondant covered cake. Fondant ruffles
are added to the sides. Then little rose buds are piped at each
scallops above the ruffle.
