First Place winner for chocolate wedding cake at the Twin Cities Chocolate Extravaganza, held November 13 & 14, 2004

Chocolate and white fondant covered cake, roses and other flowers made of the same medium that covers the cake. The Bride's wedding cake and the groom's cake together as one!

About 300 royal icing five petal flowers adorn this lattice gazebo (lattice work done in royal icing as well). Cake featured in American Cake Decorating magazine Jan/Feb 2003.

Several pink gum paste roses and tiny purple flowers are the centerpiece for this fondant covered cake. Fondant ruffles are added to the sides. Then little rose buds are piped at each scallops above the ruffle.

Unique design using two squares, with floating plaque, and display spaces for small rose vases made of pastilage.
